◆ This production line adopts Mitsubishi high-precision four axis CNC system to realize fully integrated intelligent open system, and efficiently connect and process information from sensors and detection systems;
◆ The NC system is used to control the turning and rubbing of the large fixture, ensuring the consistent shape of the production needle tip and greatly improving the product quality;
◆ Adopt advanced machine vision system and new technology to take online camera, collect, detect and judge each product produced, and realize automatic rejection function for unqualified products, completely solving the limitations of manual visual inspection, judgment and picking;
◆ The unique and reliable flow clamp is used to ensure that the length tolerance of the produced needle tube is within ± 0.15 mm and the inner hole of the needle tube is smooth;
◆ This production line is equipped with perfect detection devices, such as needle shortage, bent needle, water shortage, gas shortage, oil shortage, sand shortage, grinding wheel detection, nonconforming product detection, needle box detection, etc. It is one of the medical needle point grinding edge production lines with greater production capacity and higher automation program at home and abroad.
